Budget Cabs Manipal is an independent taxi service provider operating in Manipal, Karnataka. We provide taxi booking and transportation services directly to customers.
All vehicles are operated by licensed drivers and insured as per the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. While we prioritize passenger safety and service quality, Budget Cabs Manipal shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Budget Cabs Manipal website and taxi services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Budget Cabs Manipal operates in Manipal and Udupi district, Karnataka, India, in compliance with applicable transport regulations and the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
You must be at least 18 years old to book our services. By booking a taxi, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Fares may include base fare, distance charges, driver allowance (for outstation), waiting time, tolls, parking, and applicable GST (5% as per government norms).
Night charges may apply between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Additional charges may apply for extra luggage or route deviations.
Cancellations must be made via call or WhatsApp at 7090364999 / 7090365999.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Passengers must maintain proper conduct during the trip. Smoking, alcohol consumption, illegal activities, or abusive behavior toward drivers is strictly prohibited.
Vehicle capacity limits must be followed (4 adults for sedan, 6–7 for SUV). Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged at actual repair cost.
Lost items must be reported within 24 hours. While we will assist in recovery, Budget Cabs Manipal is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
All drivers hold valid driving licenses and required transport permits. Vehicles are maintained with valid insurance and permits as per Karnataka RTO rules.
Budget Cabs Manipal shall not be responsible for delays caused due to traffic congestion, roadblocks, weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fare paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We collect customer details only for booking and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal data except as required by law. Data handling complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and DPDP Act, 2023.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service in case of policy violations, safety concerns, or misuse of services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Udupi, Karnataka.
Budget Cabs Manipal reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
